The large menu offers lots of vegetarian dishes, along with chicken, lamb, goat and seafood dishes flavored with a number of spice blends and sauces, as well as the signature Hyderabad Biryani, a spiced rice dish with vegetables and meat. For the indecisive among us, India Kitchen lays out a buffet for both lunch and dinner, seven days a week, that includes appetizers, salad, several vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrées, and dessert.
